Definitions
1. Hubbard Certified Auditor. A Class II auditor. This level teaches about overt acts and withholds. Among the processes taught are responsibility processes and integrity processes.(CG&AC 75)
2. an early course taught in Scientology Churches only. The certificate of HCA (or HPA, the British equivalent) was awarded by examination only. (HCOTB 12 Sept 56) [The current usage of HCA is as in def. 1 above.]
