assessments are done to impinge and get a meter to read. The auditor barks the last word and the last syllable so it does impinge. You don’t drop your voice or down curve your voice tone at the end of the line as that will cost you reads. You punch the last syllable to make it read and to the pc. The accent is at the end of the sentence routinely, not on the earliest part. (BTB 13 Mar 75)
