(HCOB 19 Jun 7i III) -n. 1. in the grading of sessions, a flunk is given when (1) the [[Glossary/F_N|F/N]] did not get to [[Glossary/EXAMINER|examiner]] and didn't occur at [[Glossary/SESSION|session]] end, (2) major errors or flubs occurred like no [[Glossary/EP|EP]], multiple [[Glossary/SOMATIC|somatic]], unflown [[Glossary/RUDS|ruds]], etc. (3) the [[Glossary/C_S|C/S]] was not followed or completed, (4) Auditors' Rights listed errors occurred, (5) no [[Glossary/F_N|F/N]] and BIs at [[Glossary/EXAMINER|examiner]]. (HCOB 21 Aug 70) 2. in TRs, if the student falters, [[Glossary/COMM|comm]] lags, fumbles a command or fails to get an execution on [[Glossary/COACH|coach]], [[Glossary/COACH|coach]] says "flunk" and they start at beginning of command [[Glossary/CYCLE|cycle]] in which error occurred.
